Elementor editor not loading for html bloks after update

    Hello suppor team,

    iam experiencing an issue with the woodmart theme and Elementor. After the recent update od WordPress, Elementro, and and woodmart theme, the elementor editor fails to load when i try to edit HTML Blocks.
    The loading screen appears, but the editor never opens. I have alredy tried:
    – regenerating CSS a Data in Elementor seting
    – Switching Google fonts loading to local
    – Clearing all caches
    – Deactivate other plugins to check for conflict
    Despite these steps, the issue persists.
    Could you please help me investigate what is causing this loading error?

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    in the attachment we are sending you access.
    It is true that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn\’t, but the problem with most people is that it takes a long time to load or it throws them into emergency mode or it doesn\’t start at all.
    All plugins are turned off.

    I have another question.
    1, I couldn’t find where to change the logo for a product in the e-shop. It keeps showing me the woodmart logo.
    2, I can’t see the products in the e-shop even though I added them there. It keeps showing the voice Big things are on the horizon
    Something big is coming! Our store is under development and will be launched soon!

    Hello,

    You can disable the WooCommerce maintenance mode in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Site visibility.

    yes as I wrote it’s not always and sometimes the elementor works. Most of the time it takes a really long time to load and sometimes it says in the bottom right if I want to turn on safe mode

    Look again, it doesn’t work. It can’t be worked on. It works for 5 minutes and not for 2 hours.

    We tested it one more time and still don’t see the problem. There are no errors in the logs on your website as well. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them if there are any errors on the server at that moment?

    I don’t understand. I still have a problem with it. It’s not always the case, but most of the time it doesn’t work. According to the administrator, the web hosting service is fine.

    Now we have a new problem in addition to the original one. I created a variable product and duplicate it so that I don’t have to write the same settings all the time. However, I often can’t add an image at all, even when I refresh the page, even when I update the product 10 times, and even when I click on the add image link 50 times. The media won’t even open.     Problem number 2 with products is that when I copy my text to short text, long text, but also to tabs/bookmarks, after publishing/saving, the text is absolutely not saved and there is only original text or none. I’m sending you screenshots 1,2,3 taken one after the other.

    Obviously, the problem is with elementor because with these products, the problem is mainly with the visual editor. If I add the text directly to the CODE tab, it’s fine. However, I don’t want that because I have the text edited (bold font, color, etc.) and I don’t want to edit it again after inserting it into the code.

    It’s impossible to work with it smoothly. I edit one product 20 times so that everything is displayed and saved correctly.

    Look here https://www.duoq.eu/produkt/cierne-ribezle-lyofilizovane/. The product in the code tab (0.png) is text and when you switch to the visual editor (00.png) it is not there.

    Hi,

    We’ve checked again and can’t reproduce the problem on our side — Elementor and HTML Blocks load normally. Since the issue appears randomly for you, it’s most likely related to the server/hosting environment rather than the theme.

    If you still believe it’s caused by WoodMart and we can’t reproduce it, we can proceed with a refund.

    good day. thanks for the reply. According to the server administrator, the problem is in the template because it throws these errors at the administrator, which I am sending a screenshot of. That is not a problem on the server but in the template. according to the log, the page accesses a non-existent path: duoq.eu/web/indexing-test/: No matching DirectoryIndex. This error was displayed when inserting a new duplicate product.

    Could you please provide us with more details about this error? More specifically, how did you conclude that this error is caused by the theme? Maybe there are some files related to our theme mentioned in the log?

    The webhosting wrote that these errors have nothing to do with the server but are errors on the website and you need to contact the template administrator.

    Thanks for the details and the log. We checked again and still can’t reproduce the issue on your site — Elementor and HTML Blocks open normally on our side.

    The errors you shared point to the Elementor plugin and are not related to our theme. Since we can’t reproduce the problem and there’s no indication of a theme-side error, we don’t have further options to help from our side.

    If you still believe it is caused by WoodMart, you can request a refund.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I did one more test on your site: opened four different HTML Blocks and reloaded the editor a few times — it always loaded fine on my side. I recorded a short video here: https://gyazo.com/bd5ae76580884b1e4878df8b0db5f726
    Maybe there are any specific steps we can take to reproduce this?
