Elementor pro gray panel

I deactivated all plugins and installed elementor pro. When trying to edit or create a new page, all widgets are grayed out and the loading cursor. All the memory allocation requirements specified in the instructions for the elementor have been fulfilled. Turning on safe mode does not help. If you disable elementor pro, then elementor starts working. Advise how to solve this problem

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If it happens with other themes as well then it is not a WoodMart problem. You need to contact the Elementor plugin’s support for help on this matter.
