Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have checked your website and there is a lot of things that should be optimized:
Some images are heavy and should be optimized. The weight of all images is 10.6MB.
The JS and CSS files are not combined as per our article: https://take.ms/3ALf1
Also, there is a JS file from Slider Revolution that shouldn’t be loaded. If you don’t use the slider at all you can simply uninstall the plugin: https://take.ms/KnBRE
Please follow all the steps in our article for better performance:

Kind Regards

n_l.pParticipantWhen you tested it i had already deactivated all my plugins.
For cache I am using wp-rocket with yours guide for performance optimization and for image optimization i am using EWWW Image Optimizer.I deactivated Slider Revolution and i am using the slider plugin.
But still its quite slow.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that you have dropdowns that were built via Elementor and they are a little bit heavy so as a result the page loads longer.
The best solution, in this case, is to use the “Load HTML dropdown with AJAX” functionality for each dropdown that is built via Elementor. https://take.ms/6BZyF
Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any further help or any other info.
Kind Regards

n_l.pParticipantI dont think that this is the problem, i changed the menus with simple pages without dropdowns and still the site is too slow. Its exactly the same problem.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have checked the site speed with the current header dropdowns and the site speed is normal, here is a screenshot: https://take.ms/Pq7Bl
With old dropdowns, the speed was 2 times slower, so as you can see the issue is in the heavy dropdowns.

n_l.pParticipantI have the same results when I activate the original menu. I cant see any real difference.
The problem is that before all this i had 191 ms load time and suddenly i have 3.5 – 6 seconds load time.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The 191 ms load time is possible only when the page is caching.
The thing is that you checked the site speed via the admin panel and in your case, the cache for admin is disabled therefore you see your website as it is rendered by WordPress, without any features from WP Rocket applied.
https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/919-disable-cache-for-logged-in-administrators
So disable the “Maintenance mode” and check the page as a user, you will see that caching is working: https://take.ms/8BXvS , or enable caching for administrators.
Kind Regards
