Elements not quite responsive on mobile

Hello,
Please see image attached.

On the home desktop view one can see the 4 text icons at the bottom of the top main image of the homepage. On mobile and tablet the move up, right bellow the nav bar and, also along with that line of white lorem ipsum text. Please help!

Your issue has been solved. You should enable the Row reverse on a mobile option from the Row Settings. Please see the screenshot for clarification: http://prnt.sc/voa167
