Hello, i understand Woodmart theme is compatible with Elementor but what good is that without any extended functionality from other plugins such as Elements Kit https://wpmet.com/plugin/elementskit/
Most widgets & settings work alongside the Woodmart theme with Elementskit but i have since found that the image box widget does not work.

    See here: https://jumpshare.com/v/c9KcdEagZ9v2GJTn4BmI

I contacted wpmet for support with this issue and they have come back with the below.

Support: Hello,I found that there was conflict between plugins. However, after some troubleshooting I found that imagebox is working properly now. Check here – https://d.pr/v/l0USFk/yn4INGmNui
Let us know for further assistance.

Leejay: It does not work, see this page https://vinylmasters.co.uk/test3
When you first load the image box it has a preloaded image. If you try add your own image it does not appear.
It will show the image you have added in the backend of the Elementor editor but does not appear on the frontend of the website.

Support: Thanks for letting me know the details.
We have checked the issue from our testing server and found everything is okay with the latest version of ElementsKit Pro. Also there is no conflict with other plugins.
So the issue is exactly coming from the conflict of activated theme WoodMart. If you switch to any default theme like 2020, 2023 or Hello Elementor the issue is not there.
I would suggest to contact with the theme support regarding the issue. Regards
    Tanvir

    Hello,

We just tested this page but it seems to work correctly there. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/43c91aa2ffde7bc63c03cd68bb7ee556
Could you please clarify how to reproduce this issue?

    Kind Regards

Sorry I cleared the page without even realising & added Woodmart Information box hence why it looks the way it does! I have left the login details within the private content.

See here on how to reproduce the issue: https://jmp.sh/IcQVtMDa
Note: You can use this page to test out the problem.

Just out of curiosity @leejay1213, why don’t you use the default image box offered by Elementor?

Why do you need to utilize the ElementsKit image box?

Would you not be able to replicate the same look with the regular image box and then add text boxes underneath if the text is needed?

Hello @WASIPLtd_Website, The Elementor image box does not give me the options I require to have it look exactly how I want it to display hence why I would prefer to use the ElementsKit image box. Woodmart also have an Information box that works quite well but again does not give me the options i require to configure exactly what i need.

If you don’t mind me asking – what specifically do you need the image box to do/look like?

Just trying to see if I can assist while you wait for support. I know sometimes it can be lengthy.

    Hello,

It seems to be due to lazy loading from the theme. The plugin displays the image with its special function but cuts necessary HTML attributes. Try to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
As a workaround, you can disable lazy loading for this particular page using Theme Settings preset.

    Kind Regards
