Email Format is not okay

Hello,

After placing an order, the email that the client receive does not have a user friendly format. Especially on mobile. I have no other plugins related to emails active.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?

I tried it using the Twenty Twenty-Three theme and I get the same format.

It means that the issue is not related to the theme because as you see, the default theme has the same issue.
