Emails Going To Junk

    All the emails being generated by the contact forms on our website are going straight to the Junk folder in Outlook. I’ve been in touch with Microsoft (our email provider); WP Engine (our website host); and GoDaddy (where our DNS Records are kept) and none of them can figure it out. Microsoft even whitelisted every variation of the FROM emails (see below) and that still didn’t fix it. Do you have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? I’ve attached our DNS Records in case it helps.

    Actually, the mentioned concern of yours specifically isn’t related to Theme end.

    It could be an issue at your DNS Server end or the plugin that is being used for the Contact Forms on the Site. So, please once try contacting the Contact Form 7 plugin Support in this regard, they can guide you better.
