Empty area / products grid

Hello and good day.
I have a blank area at the bottom of the product grid page, although there are more products. It seems as if there is no space left, although the product containers are all the same size. what is wrong there. Please have a look at the screenshot.

I have test your site as you do not want to display the product grid in equal sizes, to fix this you need to enable the “Masonry grid” from the Theme Settings >> Shop >> PRODUCTS STYLES as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/iJnuXGV

There is no blank space at the end of your shop page you can check in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/sZY75dK

You need to clear your site and browser cache.

Some of your third party plugins conflict with the theme that’s why the space shown at the bottom of shop page also when I enabled the masonry grid option it did not change anything.

Kindly deactivate your third party plugins and then check back your site. This will surely fix the issue.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

the other theme is exactly the same problem !! What did I do wrong? The product images are all 1024×1024. Is it due to the product images? PHP version is 7.3. I have not made any settings – WordPress is freshly installed. Do I need to make adjustments in Customizer / Woocommerce? Should I reinstall everything. Please help me:-(

Try to disable option Out Of Stock Visibility in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Inventor.

I’ve taken the tick at: “Hide out-of-stock products in the product catalog” Now the grid is displayed correctly 🙂 I have the PHP test set to 7.2. and now against 7.3. Does that have any effects? Or can I switch to 7.3? Do you support Theme 7.3? Otherwise many thanks for the solution !!!! 🙂

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with PHP 7.3.
