Empty space in the header

Good Morning,
I am writing to you because I cannot remove the empty space from the header. There really is nothing, but it shows me an empty space. It is correct on mobile but not on PC, what is the cause?

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited the UR and the header is not displaying empty space on the top. Please clear cache and check back.

When I am logged out of the account the blank has disappeared, I don’t know why.
What I have seen is that the logo appears pixelated in certain browsers (eg Chrome). I have tried png and svg but it still comes out pixelated when scaled by the page.

Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) It seems to be a cache issue. I have re tested and there is no empty space on the top of the header.

2) The logo you are using is loo large, You need to resize it to 100-150px in width and reupload it to your header.

This will surely fix the issue.
