Erro de importação

Estou tendo problemas em importar dos sites pré construídos. Ocorre o seguinte erro: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

Eu já aumentei o tempo para 4000 segundos no servidor e continua falhando. O que pode ser?
