    I have checked your theme and it’s the old version because you have the old design of Theme Settings and also you don’t have new functionalities from the latest update of our theme.

    Recording of us doing because honestly we have tried all possible ways. The theme is stuck n not getting updated. I am just unable to find our old ticket where your technical team only installed a duplicate theme as original theme had issue. trust me on this. I own more than 7 licenses and love wood-mart. But this is the special case.

    can you also delete that extra theme that is in there? It’s kinda creating trouble. Also for free sections, the site looks disturbed on the CSS front. What can be done around it

    1. You can delete the theme manually by clicking on the “Delete” button via Appearance -> Themes.

    It was a grave mistake that we updated.

    1. We lost our custom css
    2. code snippets were lost.
    3. There are still two woodmart theme which creates confusion. Why can’t we delete one. Is there a way to check which one was installed earlier. The older installation needs to be deleted.
    4. The pages seems to be entirely disturbed.
    5. After the update, you did not activated the plugin and nor informed us to activate. That caused business loss of 14+ hours.

    Things never came out bad with Woodmart and I can say because I own seven licenses. Can something be done here with better clarity and communication?

    Now I have deleted one of the themes of woodmart. But see page like https://blanc9.com/beryl is still giving weird results despite that when you edit the page it shows all data n content n WP bakery elements in there. Kindly help on priority.

    Most likely, this https://blanc9.com/beryl/ link is related to the previously deleted theme so you see such results. Also, I have checked other links and they work well:

    1. What can be done about https://blanc9.com/beryl/ now?
    2. We use code snippets so that we don’t loose code on updation. even the plugin data appeared deleted. which indicates change some malfunctioning of the database.
    3. What else could be the way forward in terms having smoother experience in future?
