goiuriParticipantWe have detected that the + and – buttons for adding more products are not working. Specifically, the products that are displayed in a grid. However, the simple product works correctly. Could you please provide us with a solution?
On another note, we have noticed that the website loads very slowly. It indicates that the CSS is not being properly minified, which is an issue for SEO and other matters. Could you please let us know why the loading is so slow, or if the theme is particularly heavy? Thanks.

Thank you for choosing our theme. Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
As for the +/- buttons we don’t see any problems on your website. Could you please send us some screenshots or video so we can see what is wrong with them?

goiuriParticipantHi, thank you for your response. The issue with the +/- buttons occurs in the product grids where there is no simple product. For example, on this page: https://zallo.com/boquerones/
On the other hand, we have noticed that the links in the product and category grids are set to nofollow, which is having a significant impact on our SEO.

You can fix it by applying patch #
696547. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards

goiuriParticipantI have applied all the patches we had to implement, but it still isn’t working. There is still no way for the +/- buttons to function in the product grids without simple products.

goiuriParticipantThe truth is, it’s really difficult for us to deactivate all the plugins that aren’t related to WoodMart Theme. It’s an online store that’s currently in use, and with Black Month approaching, there’s no way to see what’s causing the issue?
