Error on update "PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT"

I am trying to update the theme and I am getting the following error:
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
How can I update safely?
I could upload the files by hand, but I don’t know if I can lose settings.

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
Try to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check again” button. Then you should be able to update the theme without any errors.

It doesn’t works, same error.
As additional information, I have version 4.6
Since then I can’t update, I thought it was a temporary bug.
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
