Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Are we allowed to switch between themes?
Also, please, describe how exactly do you measure the page speed so we can test it.Thank you in advance

Artem TemosKeymasterWe temporarily disabled external plugins that are not related to our theme and your website start working much faster. Redux framework is turned on. Please, check.

NicolasParticipantOk i have 2 more questions
– https://awspeelgoed.be/3d-printen/ if you look at a category page you see some prefooter attached how can i get rid of this , can’t seem to find the settings
– My subcategories in the sidebar don’t show anymore although the setting in widgets is correct , how do i fix this?March 17, 2018 at 7:16 pm #46669
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please navigate to Theme Settings > Footer and check “HTML before footer”. You will have there [html_block id="###"]. You can remove it or edit in HTML blocks as shown here:http://prntscr.com/iskhir
In order to check the problem with subcategories, please provide credentials and link widget where you have configured that.
Best Regards

NicolasParticipant#1 is solved
#2 credentials are already provided see previous post, widget is “shop page area widget” -> product categoriesMarch 18, 2018 at 5:58 pm #46836
Artem TemosKeymasterAre you able to check how the categories widget works with default WordPress theme? It is a part of the WooCommerce plugin functionality and it shouldn’t be a theme issue.
Thank you in advance.

NicolasParticipantI disabled the theme, enabled it again and not it works .. very strange
BUT… now my footer disappeared , I’m getting kind of annoyed
I never had so many problems with a theme beforeCan u please check? Footer is activated in theme settings and
widgets are presentMarch 19, 2018 at 7:40 pm #47286
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/Regards

NicolasParticipantI moved them, still not showing

Artem TemosKeymasterCheck if you have any widgets added to the first widgets area.
