ERROR – THE CART IS EMPTY

Something is not working on my site. After I select products to purchase / Go to view cart or checkout, there is a message saying The Cart is Empty.

Hi!
Please after adding a product, clic on view cart. This works fine when you are loged in, but does not work when you are loged out, or when you use the incognito mode on chrome.
