I have a big problem, the site that I translated some time ago, suddenly the words in English were reset, I translated it into Italian, as per the demonstrative photo that I send you, I delayed it with Loco Traslate, now I went to see if the words have been replaced in English, instead they are in Italian but on the site they appear in English what should I do? Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

luigidemarco.itParticipantHi, but they had already been translated only that from Italian they ended up in English again that folder which you tell me doesn’t exist, can you kindly create it for me in FTP? and if I go to the logo traslator there are already the words in Italian and if I synchronize them and/or save them it gives me an error, you can kindly see them. You should translate all the words from Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the Italian language >> find the words >> translate them and save it.

I know where they translate from as already explained, but it doesn’t translate them on the site, there are some problems because when I synchronize and then change the words into Italian it gives me an error when saving it and the translation disappears, sorry but I think that with Google translation no translates well what I mean.
