    I entered the theme activation code and got an error message unable to connect to the xtemos.com server, please help me

    I was facing same problem but got resolved.
    Kindly contact to your hosting provider or disable antivirus of your hosting. Issue will be resolved.
    If you want to resolve this issue. Contact your hosting provider to Whitelist xtemos.com & their IP of API server in your hosting.

    If you are facing any issue. Contact me I will be help you to resolve it.

    Through testing, I found that the result returned with the code HTTP/1.1 200 OK shows that the server can connect to the xtemos.com API server successfully, and the problem is not in blocking the connection from the hosting.

    We just checked it and saw a timeout error. Can you send us your FTP access so we can investigate it further?

    As we can see, there are no any blocks on our end. It seems like your server blocks these outgoing requests. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to check this issue from their end.

    You don’t specifically answer how to handle it, I don’t understand. Please provide an image of the “there aren’t any blocks on our side” error for me to check

    We did a few test requests and always get a timeout error as shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/e6a00d5ac879c4c130c70a778beabaa9
    If there are any blocks on our server, we would get a 403 Forbidden error instead.

    My hosting provider also has additional connection parameters on the hosting account
