l6h8a9d1ParticipantI entered the theme activation code and got an error message unable to connect to the xtemos.com server, please help me

piyushmht0ParticipantI was facing same problem but got resolved.
Kindly contact to your hosting provider or disable antivirus of your hosting. Issue will be resolved.
If you want to resolve this issue. Contact your hosting provider to Whitelist xtemos.com & their IP of API server in your hosting.If you are facing any issue. Contact me I will be help you to resolve it.

l6h8a9d1ParticipantThrough testing, I found that the result returned with the code HTTP/1.1 200 OK shows that the server can connect to the xtemos.com API server successfully, and the problem is not in blocking the connection from the hosting.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, there are no any blocks on our end. It seems like your server blocks these outgoing requests. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to check this issue from their end.
