Error when installing

Hi,
Please help me this, when i install the theme, it stoped on the step “plugins” and show message : “A critical error has occurred on this site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.”

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
