Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

meloriaswimandfashionParticipantI kept on deactivating it and if it’s not working, you guys should deactivate it yourself, I already gave you my login credentials. You don’t need to tell me ‘No, it is still activated’, please go on and deactivate it so we can resolve this issue, it’s taking a long time.

Artem TemosKeymasterEven after deactivating the theme, it keeps being activated. As we can see, you are running a nulled (pirate) version of the theme. That is why it doesn’t work well, and you can’t update it. Note that our support doesn’t include fixes for nulled versions downloaded from the web and not from ThemeForest.
In this situation, you need to reinstall the theme with the official one downloaded in your account on ThemeForest. Then, you will be able to deactivate/activate the license and enable auto-updates.June 12, 2024 at 10:20 am #572166

Artem TemosKeymasterNo, they didn’t have a valid license and installed a nulled version. Anyway, you need to reinstall the theme now. You can do this in a few clicks via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
