Error with Motion Effects or [Xtemos Extra] Animations.

Hello,

I have an HTML Block that shows up when someone hover “SHOP” in header:

I was trying to add a motion effect or an animation for when the html block shows up:

But when I do add a motion effect and save, the HTML Block goes all white:

I’ve tried [Xtemos Extra] animations but the issue remains.

I have Elementor Frontend activated in theme settings. What could it be?

Motion effects are not supported in the mega menu dropdowns, unfortunately.

Neither are the [Xtemos Extra] Animations? Is there a way to resolve this issue?

All animations are made to start when the page is scrolled down and the element becomes visible. They can’t start when you open the menu dropdown, unfortunately.
