Error with update

i tried to update my template to latest release but i got this error.

Try to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on “Check again” button. Then try to update the theme once more.

unfortunately i got the same mistake…it doesn’t change anything…

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
