Please switch to the Storefront theme and check the issue with the product editing to find out if our theme causes the problem.

As for the translations, please synchronize the translation and try again if it still cannot find, make sure you are running the recent theme version and provide your site credentials to the private area

It seems to be a problem with your server configuration. Try to contact your hosting provider to resolve it or use Poedit software instead of Loco Translate.
