Our Domain is elba.hk .. Web Page suddenly get 2 problem

1. Top Bar Shopping cart icon (press not function) ..print screen (elba.hk-error01.jpg)

I saw the screenshots you attached. I have tried to visit your website but was unable to visit because it is taking too much time to respond and displaying errors. Even If I used a proxy. Please make sure that your website is visible first to check it myself and help you
out accordingly.

Hello .Our web page is hosting in siteground . Which should not get any problem ..
please help to try again or youc an use Cpanel info to access inside .

Our Side access the web page Fornt and backend is no problem .

I have logged in to your website and it seems that you are using very old version of the theme please make sure that you have latest versions of theme and the recommended plugins.

Then Regenerate the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator.

This will fix the issue.

We have try to upgrade the theme and Regenerate the CSS .. problem havent fixed . Beside,site layout also get some change . So that i only can restore to previous record.

Please help provide other solution to us . or you can help us to upgrade and keep all layout and seeting .

First you need to make sure that you have made all the customization to the child theme not to the main theme. So when you will update then the customization will not be lost.

Please update the theme and the recommended plugins first. Then Regenerate CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator.

Then disable server caching, deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back.

If the problem continues then tell me we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. The Error is not caused by our theme, it is clearly seen that the error is caused by a third party plugin “woochimp”. Please try deactivating the plugin.

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated all the third party plugins. Regenerated the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator.

And the website is working absolutely fine on my end. The cart is also visible now.

Your issue has been resolved. The problem was you were not using the same behavior of the account module from header builder for both mobile and desktop. That was causing the issue.

I have set behavior the same and the button is working absolutely fine.
