When I enter the website from different devices, the design of the template is wrong and there are many things that do not work, such as the menu and the mini cart that do not open. There is a problem with the site and it is not working properly. At first I thought the problem was with my site so I tried turning off all plugins and the problem still exists. I went to your demos and the problem exists there as well, so the problem is not on my site. It happened because of the last update I think.
From my iPhone and from my pc the theme work well, I tried from different 10 mobile devices and 5 of them have the errors, before the update the errors wasn’t..

    Hello,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Which type of mobile device you are using!

Also confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Based on your previous reply (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/errors-on-different-devices/#post-494432), you are using Safari 14.0 browser. Unfortunately, Safari 14.0 browser lacks the support of gap property for Flexbox. The following property is important to reduce CSS file size and to avoid an excessive DOM size, improving page speed. Woodmart started to implement this property after it was first used in WordPress default themes and Elementor builder. Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 15 and Safari 16 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

    Kind Regards

This means that it is impossible to open the menu and the shopping cart, and it is impossible to make purchases on the site.

The reason why off canvas sidebar is won’t open is the same that in previous reply. Sidebar styles are based on inset-block property (screenshot https://prnt.sc/qU_VHH44n8xV) that responsible for positioning HTML elements. This property require at least Safari 14.1, Chrome 87, Firefox 63 to work properly (https://prnt.sc/v8nCBtpOZ3DI). Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 15 and Safari 16 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

Current actual version of browsers is Chrome 119, Firefox 220 and Safari 16.5.

    Kind Regards.

Is there a way to fix it? I’m losing a lot of customers, not all of them with ios 15 or higher.

Unfortunately, this issue is can’t be fixed via simple custom code. Based on StatCounter GlobalStats statistics, currently, usage share of Safari browsers less than Safari 14.1 version is around 0.4% (https://prnt.sc/RfDtNilCvm9F) since devices like iPhone 6s (2015) and higher has received an update to iOS 15 (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphe3fa5df43/15.0/ios/15.0).

Based on this, we have no other solution for you than to update your operating system with Safari 14.1 and above or use another browser with the versions mentioned on WordPress Browser support page (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

    Kind Regards

Other themes I used did not have this problem, is there any solution to this problem? Even if only the menu and the shopping cart will be opened for them to be able to order.

Keeping our theme in the up-to-date state with the current web technics is a main priority for our team since page speed performance is a main requirement from our clients. Use of modern CSS properties such as gap, inset, and custom properties allows us to reduce theme styles, DOM size and improve site performance.

As was said in previous reply, we have no other solution for you than to update your operating system with Safari 14.1 and above or use another browser with the versions mentioned on WordPress Browser support page (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

There is option to let them open the menu and cart at least so they will can order?
I don’t wanna lose these customers.
