Errors with installation

I have just installed the Woodmart theme onto my woocommerce page and I have the following issues.

The Step-by-step theme installation wizard didn’t appear so I am having trouble making a child theme.

I also have this error message –
Please, deactivate one of the builders and leave only ONE plugin either WPBakery page builder or Elementor.

Seems that you have activated 2 builders but the theme works only with 1 activated builder so you need to leave only 1 builder as activated in Dashboard -> Plugins.

Install this theme in the same way as you do with the parent theme via Appearance -> Themes, then the child theme will appear.
