chenerbeiParticipantHi,
Theme settings->shop->estimated delivery,
On the prodcut page, can you enable the Estimate delivery message show to visitors also? Right now, only registered users / customers can see it while browsing products, we want it show to all people.
Thank you!

chenerbeiParticipantHi Hung,
This question puzzled me a lot. The delivery message is not visible to guests visitors who are not login, and many customers request to get refund, because they misunderstand the delivery. Please add a patch to the theme. and we need it badly. Thank you!

Hung PhamKeymasterHi chenerbei,
Thanks for your patience.
Estimated delivery functionality works for non-logged users as well. You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

chenerbeiParticipantHi Hung,
Alright, let me futher check. I will let you know if it is caused by other plugins or not.

chenerbeiParticipantHi Hung,
You get wrong with it, please do not login and log out the admin, and do not choose any shipping address on the cart page, just as a guest, visit the product page, you will not see the delivery message under the buy button. We request your team to add patch into the theme, so that the estimated delivery message can be displayed without login and choose shipping address required.
Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi chenerbei,
Thanks for your patience.
The problem is related to the fact that in the Estimate Delivery Rules a delivery zone is selected. When a new user visits the site, they don’t have a delivery zone selected, so the Estimate Delivery cannot be displayed.
In this case, to make the Estimate Delivery visible for new users, you need to create a new rule without selecting a delivery zone.

Hung PDAugust 26, 2025 at 6:30 am #682015
chenerbeiParticipantHi Hung,
Following your information, we udpated the estimated delivery rule for none shipping zone, and now the delivery message is showing up to non-logged visitors. It works. Since we are selling to U.S. only, so this method allows us to do it, but what about when the store sells to global countries market? this is a question. when new features adding to this theme in the future, we suggest your team optimise this part, is possible to add an option to choose country and post code under the add to cart button on single product page, so the delivery message will show up? Because delivery information is very important and direct way to let visiors to decide to make a purchase or not. I expect and appreciate for this improvement in the next.
Thank you,
