Estimate delivery and freeshipping bar not show up on Cart and checkout page

HI, I set the estimate time and free shipping show up on all the necessary pages, but only the mini-cart showed, the cart page and checkout page not show up.
attached pls find the details.
By the way, I don’t want the product details show up in in the checkout page, only the name is enough, how to hide the product description on the cart and checkout pages?
