travel-gadgets.chParticipantDear Support
The estimated delivery date on the single product page is only showing if I select a shipping method in the cart.
This should show the fastest possible shipping date, even without selecting a shipping option in the cart.
Do you have a solution for this?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi travel-gadgets.ch,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
Navigate to Layouts > edit the layout > and manually add the Product Estimate Delivery Widget.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

travel-gadgets.chParticipantHi Hung.
Yes sure, we know how to insert the Estimate Delivery Widget.
But the problem is: The delivery date is not showing at all at first! Only when we put something in the cart and select a shipping method and then go back to the product page -> then it will show a delivery date.
Do you understand?
I made a video for you to better understand: https://www.loom.com/share/4b5282c8feff47e6bbda8b534a7a7690?sid=20b83b2d-7dee-40f6-b682-ce7bd7f0f299
This is actually not practical. If we get direct traffic from google ads, the user has to know, when he can expect the parcel. And it’s important for his decision making to see, that the product is on stock and is shipped withing few days.
It should always show the fastest possible shipping option for this product.
Thanks
Regards

Hung PhamKeymasterHi travel-gadgets.ch,
To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

travel-gadgets.chParticipantHello and thank you for your reply
I shared with you the login credentials.
Please don’t deactivate active plugins. First it would need further approval from our team.
But we believe the theme lacks of this function.
If there is only one shipping method it works.
Or do you have examples of websites, where it works correctly?
Thanks for your help

travel-gadgets.chParticipantJust a little input so you understand our setup better.
We have a lot of Single Product Page Layouts. Now, the Estimated Shipping Delivery option is only activated on this Layout: Single product layout — Elementor
For testing you can use this product:
https://lemali.ch/anpassbare-ohrstoepsel/
If it’s working on this Layout, we will implement it on all the other layouts.
Thank you so far
Matt

Hung PhamKeymasterHi travel-gadgets.ch,
Thanks for your patience.
That’s exactly how our Estimated Delivery works. The thing is that it doesn’t have a rule for customers who haven’t selected a shipping address. In this case, you need to create an additional Estimated Delivery rule without a shipping zone selected. That way, until the user chooses a zone, the rule without a zone will apply.
