woogobuyParticipantThe product single page layouts includes “product estimated delivery”.
I’ve set up a shipping method and applied it to the product.
Or, I’ve left the Shipping zone and method blank.
Estimated delivery time doesn’t appear.
Could you help me figure out the reason?Attachments:

Hung PhamKeymasterHi woogobuy,
Thanks for reaching to us and sorry for all inconveniences you are experiencing.
I tried to remove
Tuesday
from Estimated settings because today is Tuesday and it worked https://ibb.co/bM4csQxVI kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, clear browsers cache, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

woogobuyParticipantThank you for your support.
I’ve noticed that even if I remove Sunday, it still displays, but not if I select all. This is a bit strange, and I don’t understand the logic behind it.
Another question is, I set the delivery date to 1-3 days, but the actual estimated delivery date is longer than 1-3 days, as shown in the attached image. How can I set it up so that it displays?Attachments:

Hung PhamKeymasterHi woogobuy,
Glad to hear your issue has been resolved.
In additional to, I’d like to explain how the Estimated Delivery feature works.
By default, if you’re using a rule that includes a shipping zone, the estimated delivery date won’t display for new users (those who haven’t set a location yet). To ensure that some delivery information is always shown, you need to create an additional rule without assigning any zone. This fallback rule allows estimated delivery to appear for all users, regardless of their location.
The estimated delivery time is calculated based on several factors:
– Skipped days (weekends or non-working days) – if the estimated delivery falls on one of these days, the delivery time is extended by one day.
– Daily shipping deadline – if an order is placed after the set cutoff time, the delivery calculation starts from the next day.
If all days of the week are selected under the Skipped Days of the Week option. This is incorrect, and it’s the reason why the estimated delivery is currently not displaying properly on your website.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi woogobuy,
You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit product layouts > select
Product gallery
widget and disable pagination option https://ibb.co/jZVFHnj4Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Kind Regards,
