Excess Spacee

Hi – questions please:
(website: shop.stageforkids.com / multisite)

1. As attached, how do I remove the excess space?
2. Hi, where/how do we edit the Ajax product tabs? (Toys)
3. the search button on the mobile menu goes to my multisite homepage, stageforkids.com and doesn’t stay on shop.stageforkids.com.
4. How do I edit the popup at front page – I did try to edit it via theme panel and HTML blocks; but not seeing anything
5. Where do i change the background for the header area for pages (as attached)

Sorry but currently I am unable to see any of the images you attached. Please make sure that you have added the screenshots correctly to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) You can edit the Ajax product tabs by editing the page.

4) You can edit the promo pop up content by editing the HTML block used in the promo popup text area under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.

Thank you for the nice welcome. Glad to be in.
Attached are the printscreens.

2) I am having so much trouble editing the tabs. It either just keeps adding on more tabs (which now I understand cause when I click on a tab, it pops up the Add Element).
I don’t want to add element. I want to edit/change the current tabs names and its categories please.

4) Nothing is showing when i clicked edit with WP Bakery. I cant edit via backend.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) You can edit the tabs inside the Ajax product tabs element as I mentioned in my previous reply.

If you are unable then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) To edit the header for the page title edit the shop page and set the image for the page title.

3) For the spacing provided with the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

4) For the Wp-Bakery page builder not working make sure that you have enabled the backend and front-end editor from Dashboard >> Wp-Bakery Page Builder >> Role Manager.

You are Most Welcome.

I have logged into your website and you have changed the data in the product tabs. It seems that you have managed to change the content.

If you want to set the category background image then you need to edit the category from Products >> Categories. And set the image for a category heading.
