exchange for basel theme

i purchased your wood mart theme, and tried it out on my site.

but it was loading quite slow and speed test grade was pretty bad,
however the basel theme that you created seem to be a lot better.
is there any way i could get a refund on wood mart and purchase your basel?
i will purchase asap if it is ok. and file a refund on theme forest, thanks

which theme would be faster?
how come when i try out your demo on PINGDOM, it is always grade A
but when i installed either theme on a new fresh wordpress site, without any content, it will become grade C or D, i am using Flywheel, and using their CDN, it should be the most optimal situation already,

Both themes should be fast enough for you. We recommend you to use GTmetrix to test your website performance and improve it.

Yes, usually, GTmetrix shows very low scores for newly installed websites with any theme. As you can see from the report, there are a few points you can do to optimize your website better that don’t depend on our theme

1. Leverage browser caching – ask your host to enable this option on the server.

2. Defer parsing of JavaScript – you can use some extra plugin for this. We usually prefer WP Rocket for all minifications and caching purposes
