Extended Support But Slider Revolution installation fails

    I have multiple licenses for Basel. I have just purchased an extended support for one of my clients, but even still, there is a failure each time I try to download Slider Revolution.

    We thank you for your purchase. The reason may be in your host configuration. Please provide your site admin access as well as FTP into the private area I will help to install.

    Thank you! Hoping that this will fix some of the other buggy issues going on… I have moved everything over to a better server environment to switch the site, and the issue persists.
