External products with different links

Hello how are you?

I’m using Woocommerce as an external/affiliate product store and I ran into a problem.

On the products page (store), when you click on the image or title of the product you are directed to the single product page and when you click on the button you are directed to the external link.

I wanted when I clicked on any part of the product I would be redirected to the external link and not to the single product page.

How can I make this change?

Most likely you created a custom layout, please disable the layout in the Dashboard > Layouts.

Thanks for the feedback.

This happens in both custom and default layouts.

I even created a custom one to see if it changed, but to no avail.

The link to the external product is only on the button, the image and title are linked to the single product page.

How do I resolve this?

This is Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not influence that. You can install and activate Storefront. If you see the same on the Woocommerce theme, WoodMart theme cannot change that, unfortunately.

I thought there was an error in the theme, as it is inappropriate for the button to take one path and the image to take another.

But anyway, I think they could put this functionality in Woodmart, because it would be interesting to have a theme with the option to change this if you want to set up an external product store like me. This tip is for a future update.

I’ll try with some Woocommerce support to see if I have feedback or any tips from users.
