Extra Content Block not updating on product pages (Woodmart + Makeup Demo)

    Hi,

    I’m using the Woodmart theme with the Makeup demo, and I’m trying to update the Extra Content Block for individual products.

    I have selected a specific HTML Block under the “Extra content block” field in the product settings and edited it using WPBakery. After updating the block and saving the product, the frontend still displays the old version of the content.

    The old content block was the “Application method” section. I have deleted that block entirely, but it still appears on all product pages, even though a new block is selected.

    I’ve tried clearing cache and refreshing, but it still shows the previous content instead of the updated one.

    Can you please advise what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

    Hello,

    You are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.

    Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single product layout and add the product extra content block widget to show this.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your guidance — I was able to successfully add the extra content block using the WoodMart Layout Builder as you suggested.

    However, I still see the “Application Method” text appearing on the single product page, even though this text is not included in the product description or any custom fields.

    Would you be able to advise what could be causing this section to show up?
    As an example, you can check this product:
    After Sun Tan Intensifying Moisturizing Lotion

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs and remove the tabs. Check back your site and check the issue.
