Extra row to the header

Hello.
I would like to ask for support regarding a theme I purchased.
The theme name is WoodMart.

I want to add one extra row to the header, especially on mobile view.
The purpose is to show a news ticker or an information box.
I plan to use it for announcements, for example ongoing events or promotions.
Please let me know the recommended method.

Hello,

By default, the header of Woodmart has 3 rows(Top bar, Main Header and Header Bottom) and there is no option that you can add 4 rows to it. You can adjust the content in the 3 rows.
