Extremely slow loading of the site

Hello, how are you? I encountered a problem, which is a very slow loading on the site, which sometimes causes the site to stop. At first I thought it was from my hosting, and after many correspondences with technical support at the hosting, we found that the reason for the slowness was the theme, but I was unable to determine the cause of the problem and thus solve it.
