OchukoParticipantGood Evening, I have an issue with the facebook login. I have followed the steps from the document and when you click the facebook button on “https://borntoruleonline.com/my-account/” It comes up with an error. It doesn’t allow customers to login with their facebook accounts. Instead it shows up my own private account.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please create a separate topic for a different problem.
Please send the screenshot of all the settings of the Facebook login.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
First of all, you need to solve this issue: http://prntscr.com/nmkccp
This is the Facebook configuration issue.
Next, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the problem again.
Best Regards

OchukoParticipantI know that is the issue, but I don’t know exactly what it means or how to fix it. Please could you break it down as I do not understand how I can fix it.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As per the instructions https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/configure-facebook-login/ #3 on the screen you see the URL which should be inserted, it consists of
https://borntoruleonline.com/my-account/
+facebook/int_callback
you have not added this part into the field. Add it.Best Regards

OchukoParticipantWould it be possible for the login with Facebook and Google to appear on the sign in sidebar when you click it. Below are screenshots of what it looks like on my website and below is how I would like it to appear. Is there also a way that I can put the my account page on the website so it looks professional. Because once you click the sign in button, it doesn’t take you to the my account page to log in.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As soon as you configure the login with Facebook and Google buttons would appear in the Sing in the sidebar. I do not see the buttons now. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again they should appear.
Best Regards
