Facing issue regarding theme

hi,
Following issues I am facing in the theme. I can not deleted, add, update plugin after installations.
– I can not run any update like woo-commerce update, extension update.
– Swatches options are not rendering properly. I have tried to make then text swatches and it showed but now unelectable.
– I also want to make product options as drop down. but it did not worked.
