When attempting to process a transaction for the second time due to a failed payment it shows on the screen that there is $18.78 needing to process via a debit card but once you enter in the information and hit “Pay for Order” it declines it.
When I look at the merchant screen for the payment processor it’s showing a $0 amount was attempted. Not sure if the disconnect is with the processor, Woo, or the site.
I’ve tried switching themes and it still didn’t work.
Any thoughts?
