we use fancy product design plugin when we open our site on mobile device and personalized product product image and plugins settings not come true how we can fix this issue

yes yours theme error just i think css or js some problem cus not correct load product lightbox page
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

we can’t cancel all the site may break
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
