FAQ page widgets not working

Please find attached both screenshots of my website FAQ page and WP bakery page. Both header and lower widgets are showing in WP bakery but when I open my website header and lower sections didn’t show anything.

Please help to restore my upper and lower part of FAQ page.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for me to check.

I deactivated approximately all plugins and problem still there.
