Fashion Flat – Featured Product Categories image by ID's not working

I have purchased the WoodMart theme last week, great theme! But I have some issues here:

1) Home page : I am using Home Fashion Flat – How to set Featured Product Categories images by ID’s? It doesn’t seems to work when I put eg: 2,4,6,8,10 ==> https://imgur.com/GjGYyRC

2) Home page: The background video is not working on the phone device, showing black background.

3) Home Page : The blog thumbnail pictures looks distorted, but looks fine at the Blog page. What could be the problem?

1) You need to make sure that you are using the correct id’s for the product categories. You can note the specific product category id by edit your category and id will be shown in the url as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/EYhTD0g

Use the correct id’s in the categories field as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/TbY3kxH

2) Sorry, but Visual Composer video background works only for desktop devices. It can’t be played on mobile devices.

3) Your blog thumbnail pictures looking just fine at my end.

I have seen that your blog images looking blurry in home page. You need to make sure that you are using full as the blog images size inside the design option as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/v4PjIYM

Also try to use the following size for thumbnail as 150*150 or also try with increasing the size of thumbnail: https://jmp.sh/3KrjNfg

Also after changing the Image Size as per your requirements from Setting >> Media run this plugin to resize all your existing images to the new size: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
