We see that some meta data for categories is corrupted. Did you transfer your website using some plugin or tool? Are you able to recreate your product categories?

We’re using WooMultistore. Which categories are corrupted?

The issue seems to be fixed, correct?

You still can’t edit categories in dashboard because of the data. For example, the category “Pre-order” has the wrong data format stored in the meta field with the key of _woodmart_title_image.

I see. Was that the issue that the site didn’t work? What did you do to fix this?

We fixed a few meta values. But we can’t do this manually for all categories. You need to check your import mechanism and exclude these fields if you don’t use them.

The issue appeared again. I set this setting in the import mechanism to “no”. If the issue can be fixed now, the problem shouldn’t reappear, right?

How can I fixed the current issue one more time?

You need to reimport all the categories to make sure that meta data values are not imported. We can’t fix this manually. We deleted a few records from the database to test but we can’t do this for all the entries.
