FB chat ,ScrollToTop and google reCAPTCHA position problem solving

I have same issue with this topic below that I search from google

But the answer can not resolve my problem.
And I have referenced from Facebook for WooCommerce documents from here, it still not work.
I know this is not the theme issue but want to move the Facebook messenger icon. Can you help me to resolve this problem?

Sorry but we could not help you with this as the widget is coming from a third party resource and the positions are embedded in it.

And it doesn’t allow to change using Custom CSS.
