    Hello,
Somehow drcoffee-lietuva.lt is passing only sale price to facebook when there is a sale. Not a regular price and sales price. Everything is synced… Pls kindly let me know how this is solved by the others as probably we are not the only ones who is facing this..
    Thank you for your help.
    This is a product:
    https://drcoffee-lietuva.lt/k/kavos-aparatai/kavos-aparatai-biurams/kavos-aparatas-dr-coffee-f10/
With 1290 regular price and 1190 sales price.
Please see what is passed to facebook/

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Best Regards

    Hello again,
We have same plugin with other wordpress themes and it does not cause this problem. So i was not making a copy on a storefront as the only problem we have is with WOODMART theme.

Please find attached screenshots of the the product – WITH OTHER 2 WORDPRESS THEMES – same product with same sales prices on 2 other sites HAS NO SUCH A PROBLEMS where PRICE IS EQUAL TO SALES PRICE.
I am attaching LATVIAN SHOP WITH SAME PLUGING BUT without of WOODMART – it show correct info – different price and sales price

    Hello,

Please describe the actions step by step on how we can check this.

We will need your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
