    Product import is very slow.Sometimes takes 1 hour to import.
    (product pieces : 500) can you help?

    product transfer (update preferred) takes more than 2 hours. Normal theme takes 5 minutes.

    This video shows how WooCommerce products import works. But our theme doesn’t influence it. Are we able to check how it works with our theme and default WordPress theme on your website? Could you please provide us a step by step algorithm on how to reproduce it?

    Hello,

    You can try to disable all external plugins one by one and check the import to see if it is some plugin conflict. If it will not help, then it is a WooCommerce problem and you need to contact plugin’s developers for help.

    Hello,

    As we said, our theme has no any relation to this process and we can hardly advise here. Something wrong with your import file or it is a WooCommerce bug. We can’t fix it from our side.
