So you can set which categories this or that filter should be shown at.

I choose the category “płytki” and the filters are only visible to: płytki, podłogi.

for 3 in the family, the filter is not visible (płytki z cegły na podłogę, terakota podłogowa)

1. -płytki (ok)
2. –podłogi (ok)
3. — płytki z cegły na podłogę (NO)

You have only one product in płytki z cegły na podłogę the filter has nothing to filter that is why it does not appear. Please add more products and check.

This is not a bug this is the way it works. You need to set “All” in categories and filters would appear and second lever sub-categories.
