Filter missing Brand

I imported your template into Shop Archive Layout, but I noticed that the Filter in your Predestine Layout has a Brand option. Why is the Brand option missing after importing it into my website?

You need to add the desired filter widgets from Appearance > Widgets, specifically to the Shop filters Widget Area.

I added the Brand attribute based on your suggestion, but why is the result different?

Navigate to Products > Brands > and add the brand thumbnail image.
