Filter widget does not work

I have 3 licenses of this theme but in this license I can’t use the price filters, I have installed and deleted everything but it still doesn’t work, I don’t have any plugins installed, I have also tested with a pre-defined theme and it doesn’t show it.

I have imported the test base but it still doesn’t work.

You can fix this problem please.

I have logged in to your website and added the filer products by price in the shop page widget are and the filter by price is working absolutely fine on my end.
