Filter widget on shop page

Hi

We want to have the filter widget on the shop page just like what you have on this demo https://preview.themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20264492?_ga=2.34566241.1758415440.1652697332-1081449221.1645027939 . We already tried changign the option on the Shop

Sorry just click on submit without having placed all the text 🙁

We already tried changing the option on the Shop page to the ones on the print attached but didn’t work and we don’t see options for this on the Theme Seetings\Shop. So how can we enable the sidebar with filters on shop page?

Please make sure you have set the sidebar for the shop page in the Theme Settings > Shop.

Then you can add any widgets in Appearance > Widgets to the Shop page widget area. Please find more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

Ok solved the issue of the sidebar not showing, it already shows but without any widgets and if we go to Appearance > Widgets > Widgets to the Shop there are many widgets. So why don’t the widgets appear on the shop page https://onlinecork.pt/novo/index.php/shop/ ?

The shop page has the default sidebar: Shop page widgets are and Ship filters widget are for the top area of the shop page, make sure you have added the widgets there as well.

The manual says “In order to show the sidebar on the Shop page, it is necessary to set “Right” or “Left” in the Theme Settings – > Shop – > Sidebar and Titles.” but we don’t see this “Theme Settings – > Shop – > Sidebar and Titles” option, please see attach and also login using our login data which we already shared.

This is something simple to resolve and it’s taking two months to be solved.

Can you please give an answer that definitively clarifies this question?

In there is no option to configure the widget bar on Theme Settings > Shop page, or it is escaping us. The only place where we see configurations for the widget is in Product Arquive \ Sidebar.

So again, what’s missing for the sidebar with the widgets to appear on the shop page. If you could send a print of the field in which we can configurate this we appreciate.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

You user is Admin so you can disable plugins.
